The room was on gas station side wing, very old, not very clean.

Inconvenient location. Access to rooms is available to public - no security. Rooms have worn out bedding and are dated. Not enough outlets in the room and the outlets that are there are in need of being updating. No Wired internet access and wireless access is not secure. If there was secure wireless access, no attempt by check in staff was made to find out if I needed internet access. The Biltmore is a centrally located, easy to find 3-star hotel in the heart of Silicon Valley. They do need to start thinking of room updates that would modernize the bathrooms and lighting throughout the units. I would recommend the hotel as a good value for business travelers. ...read more

Good overall.

I would not stay here again. This was not close to a 3 star experience. The rooms open to the parking lot. They were very small with minimal accouterments. Not in par with Marriott Residence Inn, Sunnyvale Sheraton or Milipitas Crowne which are 3 stars within the name or nearby zip code. Friendly, clean and very nice.

The main hotel is a tower, which may be nice. At the back of the tower, there is a motel like structure (exterior corridors, no elevators, exterior parking.) I stayed here. There was freeway noise, a view of the Valero gas station, and beer cans in the landscaping. Room has the smell of musty old motel. Because this structure was around the back of the main hotel, I felt somewhat vulnerable as a woman traveling alone, going from my car to the room. It was only one night. ...read more
